These terms apply to every purchase from michellekohlerart.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Made to Order
Every print is made to order for you and ships within 1 to 3 business days.

Prices and Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Shipping, Duties and Taxes
We ship within the United States and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your country and paid by you on delivery.

All Sales Are Final
Because every print is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please check your size, material and shipping address before you complete your purchase.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your print arrives damaged, email photos of the print and the packaging to info@michellekohler.art within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. If your order is lost in transit, we will also replace it free of charge.

Copyright
All artwork is the original work of Michelle Kohler, who keeps all copyright. Buying a print gives you ownership of that print, not the right to copy, reproduce or use the image commercially.

Trade Program
Approved interior designers receive trade pricing and may resell prints to their clients at the full retail price.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
