Shipping & Returns

Every print is made to order and handled with care, from our print studio in Colorado to your door.

Made to Order
Each print is made to order and inspected by hand. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your print to be made before it ships.

Packaging
Prints are rolled with care and shipped in a reinforced tube, while our smallest prints ship flat. Each one is packed to arrive in pristine condition.

Protected in Transit
Every order is protected from our studio to your door. If your print arrives damaged or is lost on the way, we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping Costs and Tracking
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the size of your print and where it is going. We ship within the United States and worldwide. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your country and paid by you on delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping price.

If Your Print Arrives Damaged
Please email us at info@michellekohler.art within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the print and the packaging. We will replace it at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until your claim is resolved.

Returns, Changes and Cancellations
Because every print is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, so please check your size, material and shipping address before you complete your purchase. The only exception is a print that arrives damaged, as described above.
